The Garden Girls could become your best “book” friends. They’re each unique but care a lot for each other, and try to right wrongs and make the world a bit better. They (Gloria especially) are forever getting involved in mysteries usually after finding a dead body. Although they occasionally use methods like finding their way into locked homes they always find the truth and the real murderer saving innocent people from jail time. If your life needs a little bit of excitement then share that of the Garden Girls.

Gloria finds a body behind her RV camper. They are near a swampy area so there is an alligator, named Rumble who likes to visit. Liz and Frances hear something and scream, Gloria goes running over to their camper and trips in a hole and breaks her leg. They learn there have been two deaths, a fire that burned a camper and the building next to it. Gloria has her work cut out for her, her regular team is back home. An interesting story and characters.
